This is an old Mr. Beer kit that my dad had, and gave to me the other day. It only makes 6.5 quarts versus the 8.5 mine makes, but I hope to make some promising brews with it.  My dad doesn’t remember  when he exactly got it, but we estimate to be about 10 years old. I plan on seeing if Mr. Beer has the old instructions for this model archived on their website.
Along with it, he gave a dozen old flip-top bottles he had got at a brewery called Salado Creek in San Antonio.  I plan on using these bottles too if I can find replacement seals that go on the caps.
